Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Damages or Stolen Shipments
Square Deal Mattress Factory is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURN POLICY
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!
We offer free returns within 15 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
⁃ Returned items must be unopened, unused, unwashed, have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
⁃ Food items, items By the Pound and custom woodwork products cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
1. Send an email to: order@squaredealmattress.com .
2. Include your order number, items you would like to return, reason for return.
3. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
4. Send all items back to us using the label provided.
